Modern Slavery Policy

Pfaudler considers all forms of human trafficking, modern slavery, and forced labor to be abhorrent and unacceptable practices.  Pfaudler takes steps to ensure that such practices are not applied by its employees or in Pfaudler’s supply chain.

As a world-leading solutions, technologies and services provider, Pfaudler has twelve manufacturing facilities on four continents and employs over 1,500 people.  Although Pfaudler believes the risks of human trafficking, modern slavery, or forced labor in its business are very low, Pfaudler controls any such risk by regularly assessing its supply chain and ensuring that all employees and stakeholders of the GMM Pfaudler Group are aware of their obligations in preventing such practices, which are contrary to the GMM Pfaudler Group’s Code of Conduct and Values.  Employees are trained on compliance with anti-human trafficking laws, rules, and regulations.  Pfaudler also manages its supply chain and assesses suppliers to determine and address any potential human trafficking, modern slavery, or forced labor risks.

As modern slavery risks are not static, Pfaudler will continue to review and update (when necessary) its policies related to human trafficking, modern slavery, and forced labor.

This statement is subject to review on a regular basis; however, this statement will continue to apply unless and until withdrawn, superseded, or modified by Pfaudler.  On behalf of Pfaudler, the foregoing statement has been issued on June 24, 2019 and has been approved by the Pfaudler Executive Board of Management for posting to Pfaudler’s website.
