Pfaudler Waghäusel Germany. A modern plant optimized for customer needs!

After almost two years of planning, preparing, rebuilding and renovating, the move from the historical Pfaudler site at Schwetzingen to the new premises at Waghäusel, less than 20 km away, has been successfully completed.

The strategic decision to move the production plant to the new Waghäusel site allowed us to revisit key areas of continuous improvement:

• PRODUCTION LAYOUT FLEXIBILITY
• STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING FACILITY
• ENHANCING GLASS-LINING TECHNOLOGY

The relocation took place during the ongoing operations of the Schwetzingen facility and caused a minimal slowdown of production. The most critical part of the move, the glassing furnaces, was completed with significant improvements to quality; and energy savings with a state-of-the-art furnace design.

Pfaudler is also proud to announce that the Waghäusel production site has successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 audit ( TÜV ISO 9001 Logo ), the official accreditation at the new site.

All these key activities were made possible thanks to the technical skills of our teams and the precise supervision and execution of the project by the general management.
