The Pfaudler Gulf Coast Service Center has provided full assistance for the setup for a NORMAG glass distillation unit for a customer in the US (Start-up company).

In line with its philosophy of working alongside the customer and guaranteeing rapid and flexible support through the Group's portfolio of technologies and systems, Pfaudler Services US was able to help the company throughout the transfer phase of the distillation unit production to a new bigger site.

In addition to moving and installing the distillation glass unit, the project included the request for an increase in production capacity.

The know-how of our engineers, supported by the experience of our design team, ensured safe and efficient installation and commissioning of the distillation unit, including training for customer operators by our experts.

Our highly specialized service technicians ensured the optimum performance of the system during each phase of its life cycle.

After installation, the PLC was reprogrammed, and a final performance test was performed together with the customer.
