Pfaudler expands its USA Services business with the Opening of the Gulf Coast Service Center in Houston

Pfaudler, a leading company in the field of chemical process solutions, has opened a new service center in Houston, Texas.

The new Gulf Coast Service Center is a testimony to Pfaudler’s commitment to strategic growth initiatives and marks an important step towards creating a state-of-the-art business services organization.

In line with its philosophy, the Pfaudler service centers are as close as possible to the customer to guarantee fast and flexible support across the Group Technologies and Systems portfolio, including all our branded product lines (Edlon, Mavag, Montz, Normag, Interseal, Pfaudler).

From comprehensive engineering and technical support to our rapid and reliable services, from instrumentation and probe solutions to aftermarket parts, you can count on our world-class services to keep your process system operating appropriately.

Pfaudler has chosen Houston for its strategic geographical location and the advantages that this area offers.

The Gulf Coast Service Center adds to Pfaudler’s existing US Service Operations which is also supported from its Rochester, NY manufacturing facility, along with ten Field Service Technicians, that are strategically located around the US in the following cities; Buffalo, NY; Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Charlotte, NC; Florence, SC; Memphis, TN, Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA.

The Service Center provides new, rebuilt and refurbished equipment, along with local field service technicians and training to our Gulf Coast customers. It will support additional growth for the Pfaudler Services business and will allow Pfaudler to expand our world-class services and response on a local and readily available basis for our Gulf Coast customers.

Our Pfaudler US Service Technicians are qualified, specialized and highly reliable. The entire team does OSHA annual training and certification for:

• Confined Space;
• Lock-out/tag-out;
• Hazcom;
• CPR training;
• medical/drug testing and background checks.

They have been certified and carry TWIC, Houston Area Safety Council, Louisiana Safety Council, Three Rivers Safety Council, Tennessee Valley Training Council identification cards.

We are confident that with the opening of the Gulf Coast Service Center, as the presence of the other service locations, it will create new opportunities for Pfaudler, allowing the Group to get closer to its customers and improve the efficiency of the services offered in the United States.
