  • A maintenance friendly pillow block design with heavy duty base and rigid gusset bracing for a rugged, durable installation.
  • Heavy duty motor mounts designed to minimize deflection and vibration during operation.
  • Spherical roller bearings with 100,000 hour minimum L-10 bearing life for increased reliability.
  • Pillow block bearing housings are standard for long lasting, reliable service.
  • OSHA shaft and belt guarding is standard for increased safety.
  • Split OSHA belt guards are standard on larger units to ease maintenance.
  • Hinged inspection doors on the belt guards are standard to allow for ease of v-belt tensioning and maintenance.
  • Minimum belt drive service factor of 1.3 is standard design. Higher belt service factors are available upon request.
  • Lube lines are extended through shaft guards for easy accessibility.
  • Stuffing box is integral with agitator base for positive alignment of shaft.
  • Stainless steel stuffing box hardware is standard (ie. bolts, gland studs, nuts, washers).
  • Shaft flinger and labyrinth grease seal prevents seal water from penetrating the inboard bearing.
