GMM Pfaudler acquires Mixel France SAS

GMM Pfaudler Ltd. (“GMM Pfaudler”; www.gmmpfaudler.com”) through its wholly owned subsidiary Pfaudler GmbH, has effectively completed on February, the 2nd, the signing and closing process of the acquisition of Mixel France SAS, (www.mixel.fr).
Mixel France SAS is a French company that specialises in the design and manufacture of standard and tailor-made mixing systems for industrial process applications.

Founded in 1969, Mixel has progressively developed specific know-how and gained expertise in the field of agitation by offering a portfolio of agitators that have become central to many industrial sectors including: pharmaceutical, chemical, water treatment, rare earths, bio-industry, agri-food, paints, and petrochemical.

Mixel has many and complementary skills: a technical sales team, research & development service, a design engineering department, onsite service, and maintenance technicians. 
In addition, Mixel has two manufacturing plants, one near Lyon, France, and the second near Beijing, China.
    
As a result of the acquisition, Mixel will have access to GMM Pfaudler's global sales and service organizations around the world, representing an excellent opportunity for further rapid growth.

At the same time, GMM Pfaudler acquires expertise by further enhancing its product portfolio and strengthening the mixing business by bringing in additional technology and process know-how capable of satisfying the growing needs of our customers on a global scale.

Currently the company has a team of 80 people in France and China.
