Engineered fluoropolymer coatings

Overview

Edlon’s series of fluoropolymer coating systems has been engineered to resist chemical and mechanical damage in corrosive environments and in high-purity applications.
Edlon offers coatings in PVDF, ETFE, and FEP up to 1mm (40 mils) thick, and in ECTFE and PFA up to 1.5mm (60 mils) thick.
Edlon’s coatings are for use on virtually any metallic surface capable of withstanding processing temperatures 370-425°C (700-800°F).

Coatings are field-repairable and can be applied to complex shapes through both manway and open access to both tanks and columns.
