GMM Pfaudler US Inc. announces a Joint Venture agreement with JDS Manufacturing

GMM Pfaudler US Inc., USA (a subsidiary of GMM Pfaudler Ltd) has approved the execution of a joint venture agreement with JDS Manufacturing (JDS), USA.

JDS Manufacturing, based in Georgia, USA manufactures glass-lined components including acid-alkali-proof enameled valves, forgings, castings, manway covers, protection rings, pipes and fittings with special chemistry & metallurgy for use in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.  They also provide re-glassing services.

This new joint venture was created with growth opportunities in mind, thanks to the skills and resources available through this partnership; will allow us to expand our offerings of a full complement of glass-lined components and services.
