COVID-19 - Information at Pfaudler

Dear Business Partner,

We wanted to reach out and update our customers and business partners on the measures Pfaudler is implementing in response to the unprecedented challenges presented by the coronavirus.

First and foremost, we wanted to let you know that our number one priority is the health and safety of our personnel, our customers and every member of the communities we come into contact within the course of performance of our work.

We have introduced several changes to our business practices to protect our employees, business partners and communities. These changes include enhanced hygiene and sanitation practices, social distancing, travel and visitor restrictions, and maximizing remote and flexible work arrangements, among other actions.

We have established a COVID-19 Response Team to track updates and changes, following guidelines issued by federal, state, local and global health professionals, and we have been amazed at the resiliency, commitment and flexibility of our work force.

At this time, Pfaudler remains fully functional and open for business.

Our after-market parts and field service teams remain available to provide support, subject of course to applicable travel restrictions, onsite visitor requirements and other constraints.

We are continuing with our manufacturing operations in the ordinary course of business, subject to modifications mandated by government officials and additional measures taken to avoid spread of the coronavirus.  We want to assure you that our entire team is committed to minimizing the impacts of the coronavirus on our work flows and production, and we will continue in this manner pending additional developments and unless we are otherwise prevented from doing so by government authorities or other circumstances beyond our control which make it impossible for us to fulfill some or all of our business operations.

Notwithstanding our best intentions, the disruption and uncertainty associated with COVID-19 is already significant and the impacts and restrictions are likely to get worse.  Additional guidance, new legislation and government mandates are being issued regularly, and the situation remains extremely fluid and fast-moving.  These events are, obviously, unpredictable and completely outside of Pfaudler’s control.  Ultimately, such unavoidable events, facts or circumstances may make it impractical or impossible for Pfaudler to perform on a timely basis all of its obligations.  In the event that Pfaudler is prevented from performing any contractual obligations due to such force majeure events or other factors which render performance impractical or impossible, we will contact you to collaborate on a revised schedule or other arrangements.

We understand that your organization is facing many of the same challenges due to the pandemic and restrictions placed on your business by various foreign, domestic and local authorities, and we ask that you contact Pfaudler promptly in the event an adjustment to your schedule may be necessary.

Our efforts to remain safe and operational are focused on supporting customers and the communities in which we live and work.
