Title: Design, Material Selection and Construction Strategies of Batch Chemical Reactors with a Fluoropolymer Coating for use in Fluorination Reactions. 

Sealing Technology. Interseal, our patented sealing technology for agitation and mixing systems, allows for a significantly lower total cost of ownership, ensuring contamination-free process control.

Filtration & Drying. Our Mavag compact and multi-purpose spherical dryers guarantee excellent drying performance with a wide turndown ratio. Mavag represents the ideal solution for filtration & drying applications in the pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.

Engineered Column Systems. Thermal fractionation and distillation expertise. A distillation column shell with steel and copper internals will be on display, showing Montz’s competence in full service engineering, including structured packing, mass-transfer trays, liquid distributors and dividing wall distillation columns.

Lab & Process Glass. Improved state-of-the art components in borosilicate 3.3 glass made by Normag, including pipes, adapters, couplings, valves and instrumentation.

Glass-lined & Alloy systems. The core expertise of Pfaudler – several samples of glass linings applied on chemical reactor turbines, suitable for specific process tasks requiring abrasion-resistant, antistatic or corrosion-resistant properties in harsh chemical and pharmaceutical environments are shown together with some examples of our corrosion monitoring and measurement instrumentation.

Systems. GMM Pfaudler Group offers a full engineering package and complete system supply and fabrication. The Process System Package shown at the exhibition is a corrosion-resistant reaction and mixing system, where all the corrosion-resistant materials and equipment, technologies and process know-how are from the GMM Pfaudler Group.
